Tatouée a St Brieuc, France

Some details about what led Anne-Laure to choose these particular designs: First, it’s a matter of aesthetics. I prefer Polynesian patterns because they are mysterious when you don’t know what they mean. They only speak to "connoisseurs", to their “owner” and they intrigue others. And that’s fun. Then they have this mythical side; they have a story in the history of civilizations. You can see in them "faces", each of them are related to people of my life. And then there is the ray, a dolphin, the turtle and a few invented signs having a personal meaning.
